I do not pretend to be an expert, or even a strong novice but I do know a bit about overwhelm and anxiety. April is Stress Awareness Month and I thought I would take this opportuntiy to share my top tips for managing stress.

So many movies and TV shows feature weddings, whether the couple are meant to be or not. These have formed the inspiration throughout the decades for real life weddings, and I certainly know some of these will inspire me when my turn comes! So here it is, my top 5 on-screen weddings... WARNING - SPOLILERS!!  One of my favourite things about working in the wedding industry is meeting other suppliers, and when I met Rebecca back in January I knew I wanted to know more about her businesses - Parsons Occasions and Stamford Tableware Hire.
