Harriet has been playing the harp since 2004 when she saw a picture of one at school and thought it looked pretty!
She began her studies with Audrey Douglas and in 2007 moved to study at the Royal College of Music Junior Department under the tutelage of Daphne Boden. At RCMJD Harriet played in the Sinfonia and Harp Ensemble. She was a member of the London Schools' Symphony Orchestra.
Undoubtedly the highlight of Harriet's career was playing for HRH Prince of Wales on his visit to RCM as President.
Harriet has played in many concert halls around the country, and abroad including Symphony Hall Birmingham, Leeds Town Hall, The Barbican and at La Mortella, the home of William Walton in Italy and her audiences have included Michael Parkinson, The British Ambassador to Italy, Her Grace The Duchess of Rutland and Lord Lieutenant of Rutland.
Harriet is a deeply musical harpist who aims to create a story with every piece she plays. She is equally at home with classical repertoire and popular music. She is able to cater her music to the needs of you and your guests at your event, be it corporate, a party or your wedding.
It was spellbinding to hear such a wonderful instrument played so professionally.
