Songs from Musicals for your Wedding Day

Everyone loves a musical. Or, they should. Full of wonderful stories, sweeping melodies and often accompanied by a lot of tears, songs from musicals are such a brilliant choice for your wedding day music.

When performed on the harp, musical numbers take on a new meaning. This most romantic of instruments lends itself brilliantly to the rich harmonies and musical journey that these songs often take you on, meaning songs from the musicals work throughout your wedding day.

I’ve always loved musicals, I remember going to see Beauty & The Beast in 1999 which started a life long love affair with the genre. Whether it’s a Rogers and Hammerstein classic or a modern show that’s captured our 2020s imagination, musicals hold a very special place in my heart. If you want to make me cry, play the Epilogue from Les Miserables!

I’ve performed some wonderful songs from shows, read on for some of the most popular to be played on the harp at weddings.
