Wedding Music

You want to add a truly personal touch to your wedding day.

You love live music and wouldn't dream of relying on Spotify for your walk down the aisle.

Your venue has an amazing acoustic which you want to take full advantage of with a live harpist.

Frequently Asked Questions

What does it cost?

My prices start from £395, please enquire for a tailored quote.

Can you play outside?
Absolutely! In the summer months, I do ask for cover from the sun too as this can be very damaging to my precious harp - this can be in the form of a gazebo, permanent structure or even the shade of a tree or building.

Please note that I do not play outside between October and April due to the precious nature of my harp.

How far do you travel?
I will travel as far as you would like! I do charge for travel outside of 20 miles from my home; and venues over 2 hours away from my home will also require overnight accommodation.

Are there any additional costs?
Aside from travel and possible overnight accommodation, no!

Are you insured?
Yes - I hold Public Liability Insurance up to £5 million.

Can we choose our own music?
Of course! I have a huge list of repertoire that you are welcome to choose anything from, but I will also learn 3 new songs for every booking so if there's something you would like that you don't see - just ask!

How does the booking process work?
Once you've sent your enquiry, if I'm available on your date then you'll receive an email with a link to book a call to chat more. After this call, you'll receive a quote and, once accepted, I send you a contract to sign. The deposit for every booking is £100 and the balance is due 2 months before your wedding.

Our event is upstairs, is that a problem?
Not necessarily - if there's a lift then it's easy, but I may need to know more about the venue to see if it's viable. But just ask!

Do you need food?
If the booking period is more than 3 hours, I will require a hot meal.

“Well what can I say, I have always said I would like a harpist to play at my wedding and I’m so happy I chose Harriet to play at ours. She played so beautifully which made the day extra special for us. So many of our guests complimented on how amazing and lovely she was and the song choices were spot on. I know a few of our guest have now asked me for her contact details as they would love to have her play at their weddings. Myself and Matt would highly recommend her to anyone considering having a harpist play at their wedding. She was very professional from the start to the end. Easy to talk to and always quick to answer any questions we had. I felt confident we were in good hands. Thank you so much”
