Can you play outside? Absolutely! As long as there's no threat of rain, and it's not too windy, then I'm fine outside. In the summer months, I do ask for cover from the sun too as this can be very damaging to my precious harp - this can be in the form of a gazebo, permanent structure or even the shade of a tree or building.
What parts of our wedding day can you play for? I can play for your guests arrival into the Ceremony, the Wedding Ceremony, Drinks Reception and Wedding Breakfast. Find out more here.
How far do you travel? I will travel as far as you would like! I do charge for travel outside of 20 miles from my home; and venues over 2.5 hours away from my home will also require overnight accommodation.
Are you insured? Yes - I hold Public Liability Insurance up to £5 million.
Can we choose our own music? Of course! I have a huge list of repertoire that you are welcome to choose anything from, but I will also learn 3 new songs for every booking so if there's something you would like that you don't see - just ask!
How does the booking process work? Once you've sent your enquiry, if I'm available on your date then you'll receive an email with a link to book a call to chat more. After this call, you'll receive a quote and, once accepted, I send you a contract to sign. The deposit for every booking is £100 and the balance is due 2 months before your event.
Our event is upstairs, is that a problem? Not necessarily - if there's a lift then it's easy, but I may need to know more about the venue to see if it's viable. But just ask!
Do you need food? If the booking period is more than 3 hours, I will require a hot meal.
